Therapy:
We all encounter mental health concerns at some point in our lives. I personally understand the challenges that surface when dealing with life’s trials.
These trials can be difficult to manage on our own at times. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment for you to work through your struggles. Sports Performance Therapy:There are many challenges that athletes can face in their professions. As a former athlete, I can attest to the struggles of the mental game that can occur. My goal is to work with you to help you overcome stress, fear of choking, or recovery from an injury. Working through the mental aspects of your sport can help you optimize your performance to be the best athlete you are capable of being. Using imagery, visualization, and other mental skills techniques I will work with you to help you get back to your top performance level. |
